SB said he would show the share reduction by the fourth of July and he did. Link below. He also said we would see the sr in the 3Q fins. The bashers will tell you that SB talked about sr in prior periods. My reply is "So, what?" We are talking about the immediate future. In my mind Steve will fulfill his promise to report sr in the 3Q fins because he fulfilled his promise to show the sr by July 4th. If true, and I think the odds are 100% that it is true, a sr combined with revenues meeting expectations together with a substantive update will cause shorts to cover to say the least.

"As discussed i have sent a board resolution to all parties concerned to effectively reduce the OS of on4 communications/Hexagon Holdings by the stated 1.4 billion common shares. this will be seen on the next financials. Once the name change happens i will reduce the AS by the 1b"
