Agreed. The whole "I didn't know. I'm the victim." excuse is not going to sit well in the face of a judge if that's their reason for filing an appeal. There needs to substantial evidence for the judge to overturn this ruling.
The fact the appeal was filed so quickly after the judge ruling makes it more obvious there isn't substantial evidence at all. If there was substantial evidence, it would take time to gather; not within 96 hours lol.
Look at this in the lens of JG, and you'll see why such desperation is being exhausted.
To me, this is a desperate hail mary attempt and one last gasp before the door is completely shut.
