I just hope Cisco wants it to be a done deal (the settlement) before the transaction closes. If the SA appeal goes our way then definitely I think they will because the cost of treble damages in a jury trial later would likely exceed the current settlement amount that seems to have already been agreed upon based on Sal's transcript.
