You just don't spend $2.35 billion with it being the plan that $600 million of that needs to go to a settlement without making sure that $600 million amounts gets put to rest before you finalize something. In no event would I, if I were the one spending $2.35 billion, want it to turn into $3 billion instead. And I would want to do this by deal completion, I can see why it can wait until closer to the deadline but still. Just my thoughts, take with a grain of salt.
