WHY do they keep doing traditional raises with warrants attached ? Look at ALL of the tranches already out there. There is $24.6M once PPS gets over $3.20
Why is Mc not focused on raising PPS to get warrants exercised ? In a Buyout or takeover, folks are easily looking at 38M fully diluted o/s. At a $50 PPS - that's a $1.9 BILLION price tag. The dilution has to stop as many long-timers (those in this stock for 5+ years) want more than say a triple. They deserve at least a 5 bagger IMO.
