I have gone in and out of TITAN many times over the last 21/2 years. I just took a sizable position and believe it is now time to sit and hold. Management so far lately has shown positive signs that they know what they are doing. This crew is willing to go out and find the people to get a job done if they cannot get it done from within. I also like the idea if they think something is not right or can be improved in the short term that they should take the time now to follow through rather than hurt their chances short term.Look at all the positives that have begun to fall into place. Although the stock price certainly has not set the world on fire it has begun an upward trend. This I feel will continue but at a slow pace until FDA approval and this may still take an additional 9 to 15 months possibly less. They must get it right on the FIRST TRY to prove they can get the job done and even more important "TO SHOW THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HAVE WHAT IT TAKES.
