4kids, so PTOI was abusively shorted, manipulated, and price compressed by colluding entities, NRs and others which have driven PTOI down to the artificially low price of 1.7 cents...which is no longer a bargain price because it's still too high for regular investors?? Explain that, please.
Is it possible the price is down 99.5% because, years ago, most regular investors already realized what you're now saying and that manipulators aren't to blame at all??
