That first sale if it happens wont make a dent in the money owed to Heddle, please remember the first down payment is only for $1.5 mil, for that they need to deliver two fully installed and tested processors.
there wont be anything left to pay towards these loans after that.
moving the date to Dec seems strange to me, I would have expected him to move it a few years out in time if he was really serious about getting PTOI back on track.
