I love your optimism, even if that first number caused me to shake my head! I would love to see us squeeze everything possible from the infringers,, short of causing them to go bankrupt! I want them to stay in business for the purpose of continued licensing and royalties, but otherwise taking every spare dime they have in their account! LOL!
I'm with you BFG, in thinking that our legal teams will maximize our settlement monies, as that also maximizes their return if contingency is in play! More for us equals more for them! I certainly agree with you that the collective settlement amounts are going to be very significant!
