Ah! I was just surmising a best-case scenario. Not 1 Billion, but 620 Million?
We can only guess; from Duo's valuation last Winter to Cisco's cash buyout, the difference is roughly 600 million. I would earmark that as "lawsuit contingency" but again, I'm rosy on SFOR.
