Forrester Analyst Merritt Maxim while reviewing the CISCO/DUO deal pointed out that 21 multiple of DUO revenue is way too high for SaaS sector. I guess Cisco Paid 15 multiple for the deal and 6 multiple for damages , All built into 1 package
