I heard a rumor at lunch today in NYC that DECN's registration with the SEC was approved without comment. I have heard that there are such things as SEC "no comment" letters but I have never seen one and I know of nobody who ever was soooo lucky. I will follow up tomorrow, but if true this is a big deal. The SEC doesn't approve registrations if a company is under investigation or the CEO is going to jail.
