Hypothetical conversation about sales of GenUltimate, PetSure, GenSure, GenChoice, GenPrecis, and the Big Box Private Label Program are reasonable conversations because these are products that are currently available or currently in the process of being tested and approved.
Hypothetical conversation about the J&J litigation makes sense because it's happening right now. Most recently, DECN sent a request to the Federal Court for a judicial determination of a Summary Judgment.
You don't want to discuss (hypothetical or otherwise) any of these current events. You want to discuss hypothticals that are not mentioned anywhere, except by you. That's not very objective unless you have an agenda.
