Thanks for proving my point. The going concern statement is already taken in to factor when an Investor buys this type of stock. The real fact is EVERY company is in the same situation. If they can't raise cash they will go out of business 101.
This stock is a "high risk, high reward" stock for those that have the patience. If I invest in 10 stocks and nine go out of business so what. The one that takes off more than pays for the other nine. This is Sand Hill investing strategy.
So no your little basic fact that exists for most if not all OTC and Stinky pinky stocks bothers me not! Sorry if that fact bothers you.....no NOT sorry!
