That’s why a lot of investors and institutions avoid OTC and pink sheets like the plague, and it may or may not be a big deal to some, but there are plenty of OTC companies that find themselves unable to raise capital and creditors force them into chapter 11. It’s a requirement for any company with the possibility of this happening to include a going concern warning in their filings, so, while almost standard for the space and quasi-boilerplate, there’s a basis for its inclusion, otherwise it wouldn’t be there.
