There’s a lot of empty text on here. JRockford has been right on target with his observations. Some of us tried to point out this pattern ages ago but got attacked and labeled bashers for it. On the other hand, anyone who saw the writing on the wall got out several hundreds of percents above current share price, so the empty attacks on here really don’t matter so much.

The line about “securities ranking higher than commons” is exactly what it says; there’s a potential for the issuance of more preferred stock. Any investor here needs to research “capital structure”, “preferred stock and bankruptcy” to understand the significance. There is a real danger of the tech being stolen out from under shareholders (who cares about those leeches anyway, right?), but let’s call anyone pointing out facts a basher until they go away, right?
