You're right. I'm sure that the FDA and patients would look at good results and say, "Nah, let's not approve this, let's just let patients die unless they want to go to China as medical tourists."

If the data is good it WILL be approved in the U.S. The Chinese would never have put up this money and made the deal if they were buying a pig in a poke. They know something is good. This is an unmet medical need and this is VERY promising.

We've seen such manipulation with this stock that it will not surprise me if there is another attempt to drive the price down before news. (News which according to the company WILL be in January despite the hand-wringing some here have been doing) But the odds are certainly very favorable now after the China deal announcement.
