Just reading "tea leaves" here but the fact that Hisun sealed the deal and agreed to a non refundable deposit prior to data release,tells me 2 things.1)They have seen the data (No one does this on a "hunch") and 2) The data is compelling (otherwise make a deal with more favorable terms for Hisun wth a "desperate Celsion" after data release)

This also gives the "Chinese boys" time to load up on CLSN before the data is released.
