I have been a shareholder for the last 4 years and have accumulated about 3 million shares and am sitting tight for the duration.
I have been absent from the board for the most part this year due to medical issues. I contracted a Ecoli infection in May after a major spinal reconstruction surgery dealing with a compressed spinal cord. I keep hearing about the Mexico deal which I thought was finalized some time ago. Now I see that we are still waiting on the desalination to close. Can somebody bring me up to speed on where the Mexican deal stands. Thanks
