Saber rattling, and delay tactics are par. My guess is the law firm(s) working for them will be the only winners, and of course whoever the delays directly benefit by enabling returns from the investment of ill begotten gains before having to cough up any settlement amounts.
We'll see soon enough who comes out ahead. My bet is on Rocky Mountain High Brands. I don't believe the very skilled and experienced people on this team would get so many of their business acquaintances involved with a money pit.
I believe they quickly spotted the "funny business" and knew better than to continue out to sea in a ship that was full of holes and infested with rats. They didn't get to where they are by being bumbling fools. It'll be sweet to get this fiasco behind us!
