$SFOR Yes, that 8-K forced me to go back in time and read the Transcript that transpired between DUO, Centrify & Trustwave & I was not disappointed , found few extra goodies wrt to CENTRIFY.
With recent pacer update i.e. Centrify/DUO PACER https://jmp.sh/bcK5dYW https://jmp.sh/B74ltc1 , I have a feeling that it was for the below reason i.e.
>>>Ring Leader DUO being Acquired by CISCO, $2.35B, Deal closing , in FALL
>>>Centrify being acquired by Thomas Bravo , $2.35B ++ , Deal Closing in FALL
