On December 4, 2017, StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. v. Trustwave Holdings, Inc., Civil Action No. 2:16-cv-03573-JMV-MF which was pending in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, was settled. Trustwave’s infringing sales were made as an OEM of Duo Security Incorporated.
