Think of the litigation Sullivan can bring if what you are suggesting proved to be true. That BP would be risking their future existence. Sullivan has a lot of dough on the line and I'm sure expected to be paid some time ago. I would expect he has someone monitoring the boards, documenting the trades, etc. etc. etc. knowing the information collected will be useful in the not too distant future. I suspect Sullivan knows exactly who is behind the attacks on the company and we too will know when the time is right. Go IPIX!!!
