There are two big pharmas which are known to have pursued exactly this tactic. I'm not naming them because I don't want to get sued.
And I never said that there is a group of big pharmas doing this. It just takes one to fund Mako from an offshore account. If that one is a big pharma that has signed a non-disclosure agreement and realized that it wanted to try to make a deal, very cheap, then a low stock price is exactly what they'd want, to try to force a deal that is crappy for IPIX.
