I agree and the reality that I see (I could be wrong but this is from an outsider's point of view) is that you could potentially have a much larger dollar amount out there if you let it go all the way until full court completion. At any rate, the amount of it is even say $100 million would be something material for Duo I would think and at that point would seem to me to be more likely for the merger parties to want to quantify it now and eliminate the risk of it being more later. That way, you get a true value of the business before it closes the acquisition. I am pondering the possibility of the regulators approving it wanting to know the amount now as well. Either way, regardless of which party wants to know it now if one does we are golden sooner rather than later.
