Excellent question Undervaluedstocks. It would appear that way, unless they possibly were to have some monetary arrangement to handle this, set up in advance. But how can you plan for the unknown when you do not know how much it is going to be ...... ???? It would definitely simplify the situation for Cisco if DUO settled it and put it behind them.
