I think when there is news to give we'll be told what we can be told.

IMO the company has been honest....funding is preventing a lot that needs to be done from getting done. It seems pretty straight forward IMO and it makes sense.

I think the company wants that funding to come together just as much as the shareholders. More in fact.....
