I'm pretty sure the only person you are speaking for is yourself and your agenda.
We all want the company to succeed. The people working for the company want it to succeed even more IMO for obvious reasons.
The job is going to be hard enough as it is.....
They should be able to try to do that with out harassment, attempts at intimidation and outright unsupported statements by some. Posting history and past behavior says it all.
That's the best chance for success here IMO
Smart move on Daves part. Cut out the distractions.....focus on getting the job done.
