This is a public reply to a PM I received from David apparently in response to my recent post regarding the 5M bridge loan. I would have replied via a PM but he has me temporarily blocked believing I am trying to ruin his reputation with shareholders. The PM did NOT contain anything newsworthy.

I can probably speak for the "majority" of NTEK longs that post on this board, if critical comments are made towards NTEK and its management, the intent is not meant to shame anyone. Everyone here is just extremely frusrated with all the delays regarding the funding and some are beginnning to seriously doubt if the funding ever happens at all.

Also shareholders have no interest in knowing the identities of any funding partners in order to harass them but only care about receiving news the funding has been completed and that NTEK can proceed In accomplishing all its stated goals .

However I continue to believe SH's deserve to know the status of the 21M fund and the 5M bridge loan considering the company announced the expected receipt of the 5M in July and it is now August.

So how about it David? Will shareholders be updated this week on the funding?
