I suspect Rick H. has plenty of incentive to do what’s best for investors (not selling all the company’s assets to reimburse himself). Selling everything wouldn’t come close to covering what he is owed. He should know a successful sale is the only way to recoop all he has invested. Plus if he did take the low road and sell out, I doubt JB would ever help him again. I’m still a believer this operation cannot succeed w/o JB participating in some way.
