Sadly, just like your theory about hundreds of millions of PTOI shares being short, this latest belief of yours also goes against public records and you don't have anything to back it up either. Who are we to believe--public records or your whims??
Why, in your opinion, didn't Mr. Heddle file a form 4 to disclose this position you believe he has in PTOI?? Is he trying to deceive investors or is he just so bad at communicating that he is unable to file the form??
