PTOI's assets are worthless--Mr. Heddle wouldn't want them. Not only that, if he were to take the assets, he loses the money which trickles in $100k at a time from investors/directors. No investor nor director will keep plunking down money to pay for Mr. Heddle's compensation if he takes away what they believe is valuable.
The game here is for Mr. Heddle to convince investors that the technology has value so others will continue to invest money, money which is then at his disposal.
