here is an other arguement
if someone goes in a store and steal 4/5 very expensive items
and after he even sell them to other party
will the court once they get appriended
say
ok just return 2 of the 5?
Duo stole our patents and even licenced other companies like Trustwave
so Duo or Cisco should pay theu full amount to us of the 2.3b
those patents belong to us
But i would take at least 20/30% of the Cisco $$$$
