I think Cisco is making a good choice buying out DUO. Yeah they may start with a loss, but they are paying for the use of SFOR patents and then will be legally using them and already have a reputable name/company with tons of customers under their belt. It's nothing for a company like Cisco to take whatever loss they ensue from SFOR v DUO. It's an investment that will pay off for them long-term imho.
