Sorry, but, I do not agree that Steve has been transparent about finra! If you think something said 7 months ago proves transparency....I don't. How many times has he said "approval in 7 days or SOON"?
Something is holding it up. What? At this point, I'm not sure what would be worse. Either Steve knows why and hasn't shared it or Steve doesn't have a clue.
I think we can all agree that this needed to be handled better. Whatever it was....shit happens. Don't act like it was being managed when it obviously was not. I have been contacted by several people who sold solely due to finra. Does any think having a bunch of shareholders sell their positions has helped the PPS? All IMFO
