SB was transparent about FINRA when he mentioned DE debt and the old CEO issue in a letter - I think last January. He explained it and took responsibility. It was new issues probably highlighted by our audit team IMO, which is also why the audit is held up. More clarity from Steve would be great but for now I'll take increasing revenues and new deals while the redomicile red tape gets handled.
