I believe that you're right about them having control, remember they're taking stock in lieu of salary for at least part of their compensation package. I believe they have some timeline in mind at which they'd be open to a buyout of the company, but it's long range, I'm guessing at least 5 years.
I don't think any of us would be unhappy with say $20 a share or more in 5 years, that would equate to about a $4 billion dollar offer assuming some dilution over those years.
I don't remember an Annual Meeting last year. I believe they're normally scheduled roughly at the time the annual report is issued. I believe our fiscal year is the same as the calendar year, so I don't know that we're not overdue for an Annual Meeting, but I don't remember hearing of one.
