I have yet to here about an Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of OWCP. As most of us know, these meetings are important and allow ownership to eg., approve the Company's board of director nominees, approve CPA firm and any other proposals that require ratification like compensation and incentive plans. Management probably has enough shares to pass whatever amendments to their charter they proposed or any resolutions requiring stockholder approval.
