Yup, BlockSafe money should be evident (just ad Mark wrote) on the 2Q18 report 8/15/18. ACS money (due to the Congressional budget delay) would not have hit by the 6/30/18 info cutoff date. So that will be reflected in the 3Q18 fins 11/15/18 IMHO.
