Based on the ARMY 9/14/17 date of the $182 Million contract announcement with InfoReliance (contract manager) & McAfee for Global Endpoint Security IMHO money, (at least the initiial ACS paymment to SFOR as "zero-day" defense supplier) has "already started flowing" given a 60 day net billing cycle.
