thousands of co's are otc no info- able longs in those stocks probably all want a higher otc status bc of the greater investment pool afforded by such and decrease in shorter bashers bc higher otc status eliminates 23 major reasons for thier attacking no info stocks

shorter bashers dont want co yo upgrade or uplist- they just complain about no info status as thier usual fear tactic to profit off longs ignorance/fear

let me explain why thousands of co's are no info
last i knew
otc charged 3200/yr for current status
which requires another 200/yr perhaps in attorney fees /yr-500/qtr for attorney letter to sec verifying the co had met the sec requirements for completeness of financials
plus possible additional accounting fees-say 700/yr
plus additional costs for the reported 44 pages of regulations-maybe 1000-dont know what those extra steps are bc not listed on otc that i can find

so 3200 2000 700 1000 +maybe 6900/yr to be current pink otc
if NNLX had done that for 2015 16 17 18- 4 yrs would've cost nnlx 27600 give or take
2013 update said all directors have their own separate jobs and havent made any money off stock
so co's like nnlx dont upgrade til they think costs of doing do wont bury them

when nnlx has money -money not from grants but freed by grants or a deal w one of many parties re eu flat pack patents

then nnlx should upgrade to pink current info to greatly increase investor pool, buy sell ratio and thus pps
or uplist to otcqb for an addtlnl ca 7k/yr
