in a previous post of mine i dissected the language of updates to indicate the 11-27-17 mentioned grant app was not filed by dec4 - no doubt was filed by new july 14 deadline
as an april update said all 3 grant apps are still in play-so nothing has been lost-the 1 grant just wasnt filed by dec 4- so it was delayed
