Does any one know when BTGI will be considered late @ three quarters in a row on their filings? At that time, none of the broker-dealers will be able to make a market in BTGI. In other words, it will not be able to trade on an exchange.
I believe we missed the first quarter filing due Feb 14. Was it filed late? The third quarter filing is due on Aug 15. If we miss three in a row, it all over.
At any rate, my brokerage firm will not allow its clients to initiate any buy orders in BTGI at this time, just sell orders. Are you listening, Gurba?
