You might be right-This one also might have a good view of port as it looks like it might be the tallest one,and there are ca 5 others on Hwy 1 opposite the port also, as Hwy 1 hugs the port -
feel free to tell us anything else that may be helpful to 1st time visitors to Ensenada- they are reputed to widely speak english there since they get a lot of gringos from San Diego-is that what you found?
