if people miss the turnoff the next real town they will hit on Hwy 1 going south is the agricultural town of San Vicente-ca 5 miles past the turnoff,same name as the river that cuts the corner of the South 1/2 of Baja 14

dont know the designation of the secondary hwy to turn off onto from Hwy 1 but it passes a wide spot in the road named Guadulupe (as everything is named in Mex) just before it goes past CWRN mine on its way to the seaside hamlet of Erendira, where some of CWRN's workers live.

I again advise coordinating any visits w CWRN, as they are now reportedly following SOP re safety/visits-no casual walk ons
