Instead of "Many sub penny stocks are scams", I think you should have said, Most sub penny stocks are scams".
The enthusiasm exhibited by shareholders and buyers was strong enough to propel the RBIZ pps to well beyond the .01 level today but it wasn't strong enough to overcome the "share tsunami" that washed away all hopes of going green.
