Many sub penny stocks are scams. I owned a penny gold years ago from Canada,. Turned out it's head quarters was at apartment in bad section of Toronto. I saw another whose head quarters was in a southern Minnesota farm town, no gold anywhere near Minnesota.
Thing is one can get a big gainer, but when you see a post about a big mover it is usually after the move, sometimes a poster trying to make you think they owned it from the lower level. I had two good intelligent internet friends thart did all pennies. Both are nowhere to be found now.
They are good for people with little money to dream with, especially now with online brokerage fees so cheap.

I see RBIZ's float is 666,020,000 shares and the volume so far 144,000,000 shares, lol.
