He might want to tighten up that resume: Four times he mentions he is the Founder. Based upon what he is claiming, I think Cogosense is booking the revenue for Fleetsafer and On4 is booking revenue only for bSafeMobile.
The 9% ownership by On4 of Cogesense does not allow them to book revenue or expenses for that matter for Cogosense. Where would all the PPE, rent and payroll for BC offices be shown in On4's financials. Wiillliams wouldn't be working for free IMO.
