If Aspire wanted to stay just under 5%, they would’ve held enough shares long long time ago. The first agreement was in 2012. They had almost six years to do that.

5% of 155M shares is 7.75M. I’m sure they have 7.74M shares already if that’s their goal. This means they have to sell whatever amount they get from Leo immediately to stay under 5%.
