I certainly hope you're right. If I were running the company, I would have tried to move the share price up dramatically first, then told investors I wished to do a R/S and give them the reason why. Of course if it's being done with the intention of some sort of merger activity, it would be under confidentiality rules, and therefore nothing could be said until it had been completed.

As I've said, I have a small investment in the company, I'll keep it there and hope for the best.
